Job description

Brief Summary: The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for managing the growth, performance, and day-to-day execution of Bedrosians online store to drive traffic, engagement, and revenue. This role supports front-end site management and optimization of the customer journey across product pages, landing pages, blog content, and navigation. The ideal candidate will be execution-focused and capable of managing strategies related to CRO, SEO, merchandising, and site health-ensuring the eCommerce experience supports Bedrosians broader marketing and business goals.

This is a cross-functional role that collaborates with marketing, product management, creative, and showroom teams to deliver consistent omnichannel customer experience.

Essential Functions:

  1. Manage daily operations of the eCommerce website including homepage updates, landing pages, PDPs, and blog content, ensuring brand consistency and a seamless UX/UI experience
  2. Manage and execute strategies to improve conversion rate (CRO), average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (CLV)
  3. Manage on-site SEO execution, including keyword research, content optimization, internal linking, and technical SEO improvements
  4. Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure all assets support marketing campaigns, seasonal themes, and new product launches
  5. Monitor and analyze web analytics (e.g., GA4, Hotjar, SEMrush) to track KPIs, identify friction points, and implement data-driven optimizations
  6. Work with development teams to troubleshoot bugs, enhance site speed, and ensure mobile-first performance
  7. Collaborate with product and inventory teams to ensure product assortment, pricing, and descriptions are accurate and optimized for discoverability
  8. Test and implement site features including filters, collections, badges, banners, and promotional logic to improve the shopping journey
  9. Ensure website aligns with brand messaging, customer segmentation strategies, and broader digital marketing objectives
  10. Stay current with eCommerce best practices, competitor benchmarks, and emerging technologies to inform recommendations
  11. All other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or related field
  2. 4–5 years of professional experience in eCommerce management, preferably within a consumer goods, home improvement, or design-driven brand
  3. Strong expertise in SEO, CRO, UX, and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Hybris, Shopify)
  4. Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Hotjar
  5. Proven ability to interpret data, uncover trends, and deliver actionable insights that improve performance
  6. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred to support cross-functional troubleshooting
  7. Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  8. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
  9. A passion for design, interior spaces, and enhancing the customer experience

Preferred:

  1. Experience in merchandising or managing large product catalogs
  2. Familiarity with blog strategy and content optimization for SEO
  3. Understanding of B2C/B2B eCommerce functionality and customer segmentation
