E-Commerce Director
Caddis Capital is the management company for Alpine Home Medical, Copper Star Home Medical Supplies, You Can Home Medical and Valley Medical Supplies. We are based in Draper, Utah and provide support to over 220 employees in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, and Utah. We're looking for a strategic, results-oriented E-Commerce Director with 3+ years of progressive E-Commerce leadership experience to develop and manage our overall e-commerce business strategy - including the launch, growth, and ongoing management of our shoppable websites - and to own online sales performance, digital customer experience, website optimization, product merchandising, marketing collaboration, and overall profitability. This role works cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, IT, and Leadership to build and scale the E-Commerce function.
What Your Day Will Look Like:
• Develop and lead Caddis Capital's overall e-commerce business strategy, including the launch, growth, and ongoing management of our shoppable websites.
• Own online sales performance and overall e-commerce profitability, reporting on sales, conversion, and other key metrics to leadership.
• Elevate the digital customer experience and lead website optimization efforts - including site speed, navigation, search, and conversion rate - to maximize traffic-to-sale conversion.
• Direct product merchandising strategy, ensuring assortment, pricing, and presentation align with brand and sales goals.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing on campaigns, SEO/SEM, and customer acquisition strategies to drive qualified traffic and sales.
• Build, lead, and develop the E-Commerce team, hiring and mentoring talent as the function grows and scales.
• Ensure the security and integrity of checkout pages, payment processing, and customer data, while staying current on E-Commerce trends and best practices.
What We'll Need from You:
• 3+ years of progressive E-Commerce leadership experience, including experience building and scaling an E-Commerce function.
• Proven track record of developing and executing e-commerce business strategy that drives revenue growth and profitability.
• Experience launching, growing, and managing shoppable websites; Shopify or Shopify Plus experience strongly preferred.
• Strong background in digital customer experience, website optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
• Demonstrated success in product merchandising, with the ability to translate merchandising strategy into online sales results.
• Strong P&L ownership and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze sales, margin, and profitability metrics.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering with Operations, IT, Marketing, and Leadership.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with sound judgment under pressure.
Additional experience in DME or healthcare related E-Commerce is a huge bonus, as is a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing or business.
