Business Systems Analyst (eCommerce & Loyalty Platforms)
Tempe, AZ (Onsite/Hybrid)
Looking for a System Analyst who has worked at the intersection of digital commerce, loyalty programs, mobile applications, and customer experience platforms. This role will support a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on modernizing customer-facing systems, loyalty ecosystems, digital ordering experiences, and API-driven integrations.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst
  • Strong background in eCommerce and mobile application platforms
  • Experience supporting loyalty programs, customer engagement platforms, or digital commerce initiatives
  • Understanding of QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) operations, digital ordering, checkout, promotions, and customer journeys
  • Experience working with APIs, microservices, integrations, and modern cloud-based architectures
  • Ability to gather requirements, create user stories, define acceptance criteria, and partner closely with engineering and product teams
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Nice to Have:
AWS cloud exposure
Identity and authentication platforms (SSO, OAuth, Customer Identity)
API modernization or orchestration programs
CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA, or Product Owner certifications
