Job description

Our client, a concrete equipment manufacturer and dealer, is seeking a detail-oriented eCommerce Operations Coordinator to support and maintain their Shopify-based eCommerce platform. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate product, pricing, and customer access data while supporting day-to-day website operations.

Summary

The ideal candidate is highly organized, excels in Excel and data management, and is comfortable working with website content, customer portals, and reporting. This position plays a key role in supporting digital operations and maintaining a seamless customer purchasing experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update products, pricing, and content within Shopify.

  • Manage customer access, permissions, and user accounts.

  • Ensure product, pricing, and purchasing data accuracy across customer locations.

  • Perform data entry, imports, uploads, and bulk updates.

  • Generate reports and assist with reporting automation.

  • Monitor website performance and identify process improvements.

  • Support customer-specific product catalogs and purchasing programs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain data integrity and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, eCommerce, or a related field (internship/project experience accepted).

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Experience managing and validating large datasets.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms preferred.
