About Salesforce Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all. Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the Role

The future of commerce is intelligent, personalized, and agentic. As part of Salesforce's Digital organization, the Cimulate Specialist helps the world's leading retailers and consumer brands transform digital shopping experiences using AI-native search, product discovery, merchandising, and recommendations. Cimulate combines advanced generative AI with real-time commerce intelligence to help brands understand shopper intent—not just keywords—delivering more relevant search results, higher conversion rates, increased revenue, and exceptional customer experiences. As a dedicated Cimulate Specialist AE, you will drive the adoption of Cimulate across your territory while partnering closely with Salesforce Digital Specialist Account Executives, Core Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and our partner ecosystem to deliver measurable business outcomes. This is a quota-carrying overlay sales role focused exclusively on Cimulate within the Salesforce Commerce portfolio.

Your Impact
  • Serve as the commercial leader for all Cimulate opportunities within your assigned territory.
  • Own the Cimulate sales strategy and pipeline across your assigned accounts.
  • Partner with Digital Specialist Account Executives and Core Account Teams to identify, qualify, and close new Cimulate opportunities.
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations with ecommerce, merchandising, digital experience, marketing, and IT leaders to understand their commerce search and product discovery challenges.
  • Position Cimulate as a strategic AI platform that improves search relevance, product recommendations, merchandising performance, and shopper engagement.
  • Develop compelling business cases tied to measurable outcomes including revenue growth, conversion improvement, average order value, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources including Solution Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Partners throughout the sales cycle.
  • Build executive relationships with digital commerce leaders, CMOs, Chief Digital Officers, Heads of Ecommerce, and merchandising executives.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting while consistently exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer by providing market feedback that shapes the future roadmap of the Cimulate product.
Preferred Experience
  • 5+ years of successful SaaS or enterprise software sales experience with a history of exceeding quota.
  • Experience selling ecommerce, digital experience, AI, search, merchandising, personalization, or marketing technology solutions.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple business and technical stakeholders.
  • Executive presence with experience engaging VP and C-level decision makers.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical capabilities to measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Experience working in a specialist or overlay sales model alongside account executives and cross-functional sales teams.
  • Excellent collaboration, presentation, negotiation, and account planning skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling into retail, consumer goods, or ecommerce organizations.
  • Familiarity with enterprise commerce platforms, search technologies, personalization, recommendation engines, or AI-powered digital experiences.
  • Understanding of ecommerce KPIs including conversion rate, average order value, revenue per visitor, search performance, and customer lifetime value.
  • Passion for AI and emerging technologies that are transforming digital commerce.
