Job description

PoolSupplies.com is a leading national pool supply company offering all items needed to own and operate a swimming pool. Our goal is to offer all consumers products and brands that they not only trust, but depend on for pool sanitization, safety and fun. The primary method of sales is through e-commerce channels with shipments directly to the end user.

The Ecommerce Sales Manager will lead and grow the company’s Ecommerce sales strategy to drive revenue, market share, and customer retention for our pool supplies product lines. This role combines leadership, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution to manage online sales channels, optimize performance, and ensure alignment with Ecommerce, operations, and customer service teams. The ideal candidate has deep marketplace expertise and experience managing consumer products in a fast-paced Ecommerce environment. This position is 100% onsite.

Ecommerce Sales Manager- Amazon & Omni Sales Channels

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve online revenue goals.
  • Identify new Ecommerce opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
  • Partner with pricing, promotions, and product listings to maximize profitability.

Sales Management

  • Oversee sales performance across Ecommerce platforms (e.g., company website, Amazon, eBay, Walmart etc.).
  • Monitor marketplace performance metrics (conversion rates, average order value (AOV) traffic, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Ecommerce to drive paid and organic traffic growth.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, motivate and train collaborating team.
  • Set clear KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and ensure accountability.
  • Work cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Operations, Customer Service and other teams.

Customer & Market Insights

  • Analyze customer behavior and market trends to inform product and sales strategies.
  • Gather and interpret data to make informed recommendations.
  • Stay current on Ecommerce trends, digital tools, and competitors.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer experience.
  • Manage relationships with key vendors, partners, and platforms.
  • Track, report, and forecast sales metrics regularly

Ecommerce Sales Manager- Amazon & Omni Sales Channels

Qualifications- Essential:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management, with at least 2 years in Ecommerce or digital retail.
  • Proven record of coaching, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in managing third-party marketplaces and digital advertising budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Ecommerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and Amazon Seller Central).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Able to work in an environment of multiple and shifting priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Experience with multiple channel sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, digital marketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets or other reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite.
  • Pool knowledge a plus.
