Job Summary
Blowology Hair Essentials is  seeking a dynamic experienced  Brand Director Product Manager to lead the growth, development, and global expansion of our luxury hair care line. This role will oversee brand strategy, product development, packaging, and market Positioning, ensuring the brand is competitive at a high level ( Sephora, Ultra,and international Markets Dubai, Spain. 
The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic, with experience in beauty, hair care, or cosmetics, and understands how to take a product from concept to shelf while building a powerful, recognizable brand. 
Responsibilities 
  • Understand customer requirements, identify where their needs are not being met, and create products to fill those gaps
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to create buy-in
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap and product requirements
  • Work closely with the engineering team to plan and implement products in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, engineering, and other teams to drive product launches and feature releases
  • Act as company representative to build product awareness
Qualifications
  • 3-7 years experience in beauty, hair care, or cosmetic brands 
  • Previous experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of managing a successful product from inception to launch
  • Strong background in product development and brand strategy 
  • Experience working with manufacturers, lab, and packaging vendors 
  • knowledge of retail, e-commerce,and global markets 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with presenting to large groups
  • Highly organized, creative, and results-driven
