Job description

TrakMotive is looking for an eCommerce Project Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with regional business partners and global stakeholders to implement new ecommerce capabilities, including customer portals and other strategic initiatives
  • Balance competing project constraints—scope, schedule, resources, risk, quality, and budget—to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
  • Monitor project dependencies and coordinate across teams to reduce risk and enable smooth execution
  • Generate, track, and analyze outcomes of major initiatives
  • Support execution of eCommerce initiatives including listing updates, A/B testing, SEO/GEO optimization
  • Prepare weekly performance scorecards and key metric summaries for leadership.
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience working on an eCommerce or digital-focused team (required)
  • 3–5+ years of project management experience in a cross-functional environment (preferred)
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around shared goals
  • Comprehensive understanding of direct-to-consumer (DTC) business systems, web platforms, and omnichannel technologies
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Preferred - experience using Helium10 or JungleScout

Pay Band: $70,000 - $100,000/year with eligibility for performance bonus

Physical Effort: Occasional to frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs.
