Job description

Xponential Fitness (NYSE: XPOF) is the curator of the best brands across every vertical in the boutique fitness industry - including Pilates, cycle, stretch, dance, rowing, boxing, running, and barre. We are searching for an E-Commerce Manager to oversee all aspects of the e-commerce, retail business for GO and XPASS. Compensation and Benefits:

Duties:

  • Oversee all e-commerce with budget and revenue accountability
  • Maintain and grow lists and build email communication to all retail customers
  • Manage the email system and segmentation of messaging by working with our creative partners and agency
  • Manage content upload and brief creative for all inventory to be showcased on the mall and website
  • Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams on inventory, promotions, shipment add-ons, etc
  • Manage and forecast product buys and merchandising on site
  • Ensure that inventory feed and merchandising on website is accurate and updated
  • Monitor and manage Big Commerce integrations with related applications for exception management, error handling, and resolve with appropriate actions
  • Research and work with outside service providers to add functionality to the retail website
  • Work with the customer service team to deliver a first rate experience
  • Ensure support channels and team members are provided with resources required to adequately support end customer, including providing relevant knowledge base articles for common customer needs
  • Align on brand go-to-market plans and develop the seasonal digital retail calendar
  • Complete a detailed monthly recap for various department heads
  • Develop new and innovative ways to market the brand digitally and provide on-brand suggestions for promotional offers online – black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays...etc. Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Big Commerce experience highly preferred
  • Netsuite Experience a plus
  • Creating and maintaining client relationships
  • Experience in digital marketing and ecommerce metrics and KPI's
  • Product merchandising
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Google suite of applications
  • Go-to-market planning and execution

Physical Demands:

  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
  • Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
  • Adjusting or moving objects up to 10 pounds in all directions.
