Location: Denver, CO
Reports To: Ecommerce Marketplace Manager
Compensation: $65,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus (Negotiable Based on Experience)
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants hands-on experience in ecommerce, marketing, content creation, customer experience, and creator partnerships.
Responsibilities
• Support day-to-day operations across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and other ecommerce marketplaces.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings, images, videos, and marketplace content.
• Monitor account health, reviews, listing issues, and marketplace compliance.
• Respond to buyer messages and customer inquiries while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Help resolve customer issues related to orders, shipping, products, and returns.
• Coordinate with affiliates, influencers, and content creators on campaigns, product seeding, and partnerships.
• Assist with promotions, product launches, pricing updates, and marketplace merchandising.
• Analyze marketplace performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion, and sales.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, operations, and customer service teams to support business growth.
• Stay current on marketplace trends, social commerce, and digital marketing best practices.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace management, digital marketing, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar ecommerce platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Experience working with affiliates, influencers, or content creators is a plus.
• Experience with content creation, social media, or digital marketing is preferred.
Preferred Skills
• Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar creative software.
• Monday.com, Asana, or other project management platforms.
• Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and TikTok Shop.
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, and marketplace analytics.
• Basic photo, video, or content creation experience.
