Brand & Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Brand & Channel Growth Manager to lead business expansion and brand growth initiatives across key U.S. retail and e-commerce channels. This role will focus on driving omnichannel growth strategies, expanding marketplace presence, and building scalable consumer brands within the premium consumer products space.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in brand operations, marketplace growth, and channel development, with hands-on experience managing Amazon and major retail partnerships in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic growth initiatives across major retail, marketplace, and direct-to-consumer sales channels
  • Drive channel expansion and revenue growth through platforms such as Amazon, Chewy, Petco, PetSmart, and other national retail partners
  • Develop and execute brand growth strategies, including product launches, marketplace expansion, customer acquisition, and DTC initiatives
  • Analyze key business and marketing performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, CVR, conversion trends, and customer retention data
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, supply chain, advertising, and sales teams to support scalable growth and operational efficiency
  • Identify market opportunities, competitive trends, and evolving consumer behaviors within the pet products and premium consumer goods industries
  • Support pricing strategy, promotional planning, and inventory alignment across multiple sales channels
  • Monitor channel performance and recommend optimization strategies to improve revenue, profitability, and brand positioning
  • Build relationships with retail partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders to support long-term business growth initiatives
Qualifications
  • 510 years of experience within the U.S. consumer products industry, preferably in pet products, wellness, nutrition, food, or premium lifestyle brands
  • Strong experience managing at least one major retail or e-commerce platform, such as Amazon, Chewy, Petco, or PetSmart
  • Proven track record supporting brand launches, marketplace growth, omnichannel sales, or DTC business expansion
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with hands-on experience evaluating business KPIs and digital marketing performance metrics
  • Excellent project management and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Comfortable operating in high-growth and fast-paced business environments
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience scaling emerging or high-growth consumer brands within the U.S. market
