Job Summary
The Supervisor, Digital Product Content Operations leads the execution and optimization of digital product content workflows to ensure product readiness, accuracy, and speed to market.
This "working supervisor" role balances hands-on execution with team leadership, owning content intake, prioritization, and quality while improving workflows and cross-functional coordination.
The role also plays a key part in scaling Digital Product Content Operations by building the processes and capabilities needed to support a growing and increasingly complex digital business.

Associate Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end product content readiness across assets, attributes, and product activation
  • Lead content intake, prioritization, and readiness timelines aligned to product launches and key business moments
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of product content through QA processes, audits, and validation standards
  • Establish and enforce content quality standards across PDPs, imagery, and product data
  • Conduct final validation on key launches and high-impact deliverables
  • Build and standardize workflows, SOPs, and tools to support scalable content operations
  • Lead cross-functional workflows across Product, Creative, Photography, and Site Merchandising to ensure seamless handoffs
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and efficiency of content delivery
  • Oversee and prioritize day-to-day execution for Digital Content Coordinators and/or contract resources
  • Step in to support execution during high-volume periods and resolve blockers impacting product readiness
  • Serve as primary point of contact for content readiness, escalations, and issue resolution across partners
  • Act as the operational "friction absorber," reducing executional burden on Site Merchandising and improving team efficiency

Required Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of ecommerce experience

Required Skills & Experience
  • 7 years of retail experience or industry related experience required
  • 2 years of leadership or project management
  • 2 or more years of eCommerce experience required
  • Strong understanding of product content readiness, PDP requirements, and digital asset workflows
  • Experience managing high-volume, detail-oriented operational processes
  • Demonstrated ability to build and improve workflows, SOPs, and operational systems
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
  • Office environment/ Hybrid
  • Travel (5%)
  • Willing to work some weekends if necessary.
