Job description

You will serve as a Foreign Military Assistance Specialist (Country Program Manager) in the in the Naval Education and Training Security Assistance Field Activity (NETSAFA) of NET SEC ASTFLD ACT.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: sector 1) Managing the training associated with Foreign Military Sales and Security Cooperation Education and Training Programs (SCETP) objectives for foreign countries; 2) Working with quantitative and qualitative foreign training and education requirements, making judgements based upon current policy and extenuating circumstances; 3) Providing technical advice for the foreign militaries; and 4)Representing a component of the Department of the War as a responsible authority for aspects of military education.
