This role oversees the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including website performance, digital marketing, product merchandising, analytics, and customer journey optimization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify new opportunities to increase online sales and market share.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Oversee the functionality, performance, and user experience of the e-commerce platform.
- Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for conversions.
- Coordinate updates, launches, and enhancements with development teams.
- Manage online marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, email, social media, and paid advertising.
- Plan and execute campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
