Senior Manager, eCommerce Key Accounts

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven eCommerce Key Account Sales Senior Manager to own and grow relationships with our most strategic online retail direct partners. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing digital shelf performance, leading joint business planning, and executing best-in-class eCommerce strategies across key accounts.

The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with deep eCommerce expertise, analytical rigor, and exceptional relationship management skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in eCommerce or digital retail.
  • Proven success managing large, complex retail accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using retail analytics platforms.
  • Advanced Experience with Amazon.com with 1P/Vendor account management
  • Walmart.com, Target.com, or other major online retailers (preferred).
  • Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus

  • Lead digital shelf optimization initiatives (content, SEO, PDP enhancements, ratings & reviews).
  • Partner with marketing to execute media and retail media strategies.
  • Analyze conversion, traffic, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure strong in-stock performance and forecast accuracy.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Align promotional calendars and campaign execution across teams.
  • Provide input into product launches and innovation pipeline planning for key accounts.
Data & Performance Management
  • Leverage sales data, syndicated data, and retailer analytics tools to identify insights and opportunities.
  • Build quarterly and annual forecasts.
  • Track KPIs and present performance updates to internal leadership and external partners.
Relationship Management
  • Build senior-level relationships within key eCommerce accounts.
  • Lead business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial discussions.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company.
