• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
• Collaborate with community professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans and cross-system support for clients facing complex issues.
• Deliver cognitive behavioral therapy and other therapeutic modalities to individuals, families, and groups based on their specific needs and circumstances.
• Manage crisis situations effectively by assessing patient needs, delivering immediate care, and coordinating with necessary services.
• Conduct training and informational sessions on clinical topics and best practices for team members and community stakeholders as needed.
• Perform initial assessments to determine clients’ treatment needs, compiling Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments, and formulating accurate diagnoses following DSM V standards.
• Design individualized treatment plans using standard practice guidelines that set measurable goals for client outcomes.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic treatment models, including behavior modification and brief therapy techniques, to provide impactful counseling sessions.

Your work will primarily focus on supporting clients from diverse backgrounds, particularly mothers and underserved communities struggling with mental health challenges. You will address not only individual mental health issues but also the broader socioeconomic factors influencing overall well-being. Your approach will emphasize empathy and understanding, targeting each client’s unique circumstances in a culturally competent manner.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to client needs.
• Proficient in electronic medical records and skilled in using digital communication tools.
• Strong knowledge of co-occurring mental health and chemical dependency disorders.

• Experience with evidence-based practices in mental health therapy and counseling.
• Background working with marginalized populations or in community health settings.
• Utilization of advanced statistical methods for assessing client outcomes and treatment efficacy.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
