Thoughtful Wellbeing Counseling Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This position is pivotal in delivering high-quality mental health services across a broad spectrum of clients, including adults, children, and families. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while effectively serving clients in Bend, Oregon, and surrounding areas. You will engage with clients primarily through telehealth platforms, equipped with the necessary tools and technology to provide high-quality care. Our outpatient office setting fosters flexibility, enabling you to establish a routine that works for both you and your clients while maintaining a manageable caseload. • Assess and evaluate clients for diagnostic and clinical understanding, creating tailored treatment plans that address their unique circumstances and needs.
• Deliver direct mental health therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities appropriate for various age groups and challenges.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops for children, families, and multi-family units, fostering a supportive community atmosphere.
• Maintain thorough documentation and client records using electronic medical records systems to ensure compliance with ethical standards and best practices.
• Collaborate actively with families and external support systems, including schools, childcare providers, and social services, to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Incorporate Trauma-Informed Care principles and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services into all aspects of practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education to uphold licensure and contribute to the advancement of therapeutic techniques.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and quality assurance activities to enhance personal and team performance.

The clients we serve come from diverse backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with mental health issues, substance abuse, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our therapists are trained to adapt their approaches to meet the developmental needs of younger clients while remaining sensitive to the varied experiences of families navigating complex dynamics. By providing accessible therapy options, we aim to foster resilience and emotional growth among our clients.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.
• An independent mental health license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems for efficient client management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to professional correspondence.

• Previous experience working with children and families in a mental health or counseling setting.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and culturally competent methods in therapy.
• Experience in providing teletherapy services is desirable but not mandatory.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 – 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
