Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate clients for diagnostic and clinical understanding, creating tailored treatment plans that address their unique circumstances and needs.
- Deliver direct mental health therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities appropriate for various age groups and challenges.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops for children, families, and multi-family units, fostering a supportive community atmosphere.
- Maintain thorough documentation and client records using electronic medical records systems to ensure compliance with ethical standards and best practices.
