Must Have Skills: Strong Java development skills, including Java, J2EE , HTML, XML, and server side Java-based development, Knowledge and experience with RDBMS (DB2 , oracle), object oriented design methodology . - Knowledge of core JAVA EE patterns, SOA design principles and design patterns - Experience with Data Modeling, RDBMS - Experience in application design, design patterns and performance tuning

Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Strong oral and written communication skills - Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities - Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative when solving unexpected problems - Must have the ability to bring technical experience together with business knowledge - Ability to deliver under pressure - Familiarity with PVCS, AccuRev, or another code management product
