Overview
Store Manager in training
The Store Manager in training will need to be relocatable within the New Mexico market.
The Store Manager contributes to profitable sales growth by executing the overall store strategy. This includes leading and engaging the team, driving operational and merchandising excellence, developing associates and leaders, and executing sales-building programs that enhance the customer experience and deliver business results.
Primary Responsibilities
Customer Service
  • Model, coach, and hold the team accountable for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Engage with associates and customers to enhance the overall store experience.
  • Conduct regular store walkthroughs to ensure pricing and signing accuracy.
  • Reinforce service expectations through consistent leadership presence and follow-up.

Sales & Business Performance
  • Analyze sales, profit, expense, and performance data to identify opportunities.
  • Communicate business objectives, priorities, and performance results to the team.
  • Strategically drive sales through store walkthroughs, coaching, and leadership interactions.
  • Improve consistency around key performance metrics and execution standards.
  • Participate in peer group discussions to address business trends and share best practices.

Team Development
  • Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to associates and leaders.
  • Maintain performance notes and take timely action to address performance gaps.
  • Strengthen each leader's ability to execute business priorities and develop their teams.
  • Use recognition and rewards to reinforce positive behaviors and strong performance.
  • Motivate associates and leadership teams to align with company strategy and goals.
