Job description

Job Title

A detail-oriented team member who will work directly with other e-commerce fulfillment team members to execute online orders effectively and efficiently. Someone who can work independently with little supervision and or within a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Process online orders from warehouse to ensure size, number of units, and color are properly picked and prepped for shipment to customers

Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of daily online orders for customer satisfaction

Package product order inapplicable packaging to ensure the best specifications and packaging requirements

Read and disseminate information based on customer-related information for the product specifications and packaging

Scan, count, and allocate merchandise into correct locations

Maintain clean and professional areas in the warehouse

Conduct physical inventories to ensure correct inventory balances

Assist with various tasks within our warehouse (inventory, shipments, returns, put-away, and organization)

Open communication with supervisor and other staff members for best practices

Perform other tasks as requested by supervisor

Qualifications

Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse, inventory or another related field

Excellent written and verbal communication

Self-motivated and ready to multitask

Deadline and detail-oriented

Can lift up to 55 pounds if needed

Needs to consistently move around the warehouse to access the merchandise from high and low spaces; consistent bending, standing and walking. May also need to move up and down ladders
