This role: We're looking for a Product Management Co-op to support initiatives across our direct-to-consumer commerce ecosystem. You'll work alongside product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to help ship improvements across our Salesforce Commerce Cloud storefronts and distributor/partner sites. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn how product gets built and delivered at scale across multiple markets and brands.

You'll gain exposure to the full product lifecycle - from intake and discovery through delivery and measurement - while directly supporting internal teams who depend on our commerce platform.

What you'll do:

  • Support product managers in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing requirements from internal stakeholders across marketing, merchandising, operations, and customer service
  • Help maintain the product backlog: writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and keeping tickets organized and up to date
  • Assist with intake for new requests - triaging incoming asks, clarifying scope, and routing work to the right teams
  • Coordinate across engineering squads and business teams to track delivery status and unblock dependencies
  • Conduct research on storefront features, distributor site functionality, and competitive/industry practices
  • Pull and analyze data (ticket volumes, storefront performance, request patterns) to surface insights that inform prioritization
  • Help prepare stakeholder updates, documentation, and materials for reviews
  • Participate in agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

What you'll bring:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - you can take a messy problem and write it up clearly
  • Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple workstreams
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data and drawing conclusions from it
  • Curiosity about e-commerce, digital products, and how online storefronts work
  • Collaborative and proactive - you ask questions and follow through
  • Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools (spreadsheets, docs, project trackers)

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
  • Interest in or coursework related to e-commerce, UX, or software development
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other commerce/CRM platforms
  • Basic understanding of agile/scrum methodology
  • Experience with data tools (SQL, spreadsheets, BI dashboards)
