Your role

Maximize RONA.ca's traffic, conversion, and engagement by leveraging web analytics, data layer insights, and A/B testing to identify pain points, prioritize the backlog, and deliver high-performing, SEO-optimized, and accessible frontend components.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as the central translator between business requirements and technical execution to align marketing, content, operations, and engineering, while managing strategic relationships with internal and external technology partners and third-party service providers across the e-commerce ecosystem.

Performance Tracking

Evaluate product success by tracking core e-commerce metrics, leveraging data and customer feedback to prioritize optimization opportunities, and presenting performance insights to stakeholders and leadership.

User & Customer Research

Lead discovery initiatives-using interviews, usability testing, and analytics data-to uncover customer and internal team needs, partner with UX to validate prototypes, and build strong business cases for the product roadmap.

The qualifications we are looking for

  • Experience with agile development methodologies, user-centered design principles, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels and presentation skills.

  • Passion for e-commerce, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

By joining the RONA family, you’ll enjoy many benefits, such as:

  • A childcare centre that can accommodate up to 78 children

  • Benefits: retirement savings plan, annual bonuses, student incentive program, etc.

  • Career growth opportunities within the company

  • An inclusive and safe working environment

  • Promotion of work-life balance

  • An employer that’s involved in the community
