Loopy Cases is a family-founded, direct-to-consumer eCommerce phone accessory brand built on the belief that exceptional products deserve exceptional customer experiences. Every order that leaves our warehouse represents our brand, our standards, and our commitment to customers.
Our fulfillment team is the operational backbone of that commitment. The warehouse fulfillment team is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining department productivity standards. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in structured systems, works efficiently with minimal supervision, and understands that attention to detail directly impacts customer satisfaction.
As we continue to grow, we're seeking dependable, high-performing individuals who take pride in their work and want to contribute to a team that values excellence and ownership.

What You'll Do
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures
  • Meet and maintain department KPIs following the training period
  • Work independently while sustaining consistent productivity and accuracy
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, fulfillment processes, and operational standards
  • Support inventory accuracy through careful handling and organization
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Clock in/out on time and adhere to scheduled shifts
  • Contribute positively to team morale and operational efficiency
What You Bring
