Essential Duties:

  • Execute eCommerce strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer experience, and increase market share.ย 
  • Lead, manage, and train eCommerce associates, including Assistant Managers and/or Retail Leads, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.ย 
  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to inform business decisions, identify growth opportunities, and optimize eCommerce operations.ย 
  • Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of eCommerce initiatives.ย 
  • Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve eCommerce performance and maintain a competitive advantage.ย 
  • Ensure compliance with Goodwill Industries of New Mexico policies, procedures, standards, and all applicable laws and regulations.ย 
  • Adhere to Goodwill attendance and punctuality requirements.ย 
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.ย 
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information.ย 
  • Implement CARF standards within assigned programs and uphold professional ethics as outlined in the Code of Conduct and Business Ethics Policy.ย 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Directly supervises eCommerce employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities includes interviewing, hiring and training employees; providing feedback and coaching; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.ย 


Minimum Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required for the position. Individuals must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test. Individuals must have a valid New Mexico driver's license, liability insurance, insurability under the agency insurance carrier, dependable vehicle and a clean driving record.ย ย ย ย 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience (minimum 5-7 years) in eCommerce management or a related field.ย 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.ย 
  • Media marketing experienceย 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and developing team members.ย
