What you'll do...The Manager, Finance plays a critical role in driving financial planning and analysis to support the Seller Fulfilled, Local Marketplace, and Cross-Border business performance and strategic decision-making. This position involves preparing detailed financial models, analyzing variances, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and risk mitigation. The role requires effective communication of financial insights to senior leadership, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and leading process improvements. Additionally, the Manager provides supervision and development for associates while upholding company policies, ethics, and standards to promote a culture of accountability and continuous learning.

The Marketplace Finance team collaborates closely with Walmart Fulfillment Services and Seller Fulfillment Services to support profitable growth in a fast-evolving business. Positioned at the intersection of eCommerce, supply chain, operations, and finance, the team provides essential financial insights and leadership to enhance seller growth, network expansion, and shipping efficiency. Utilizing financial planning, analysis, risk management, and advanced analytics, the team drives informed business decisions and shapes the future of Walmart Marketplace through clear communication and cross-functional collaboration.
