Jockey is seeking a Paid Social & Social Commerce Specialist to join our Marketing team!

The Paid Social & Social Commerce Specialist will help to elevate Jockey’s presence across Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging social commerce platforms.  This role blends analytical precision with creative execution.  It will help to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable results and grow our brand presence across paid social and shoppable channels.  This position will oversee detailed elements of the campaign, including tracking metrics, identifying issues, and necessary optimizations. 

JOB EXPECTATIONS

  • Help manage and execute paid social ad campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and other social platforms to achieve revenue and ROAS goals. 
  • Partner closely with creative teams to brief, test, and analyze ad performance, helping to turn insights into better creative iterations. 
  • Manage day-to-day budgets and pacing for paid campaigns. 
  • Support social commerce initiatives including Meta Shops, TikTok Shop and Pinterest Shopping, ensuring smooth product feed management, promotions, and content integration. 
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and identify optimization opportunities across audiences, placements, and creative. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, DTC, influencer and agency partners to align messaging, site promotions, and storytelling. 
  • Assist in building out reporting dashboards and weekly recaps for leadership visibility. 
  • Stay ahead of social platform updates, new ad formats, and emerging trends in creator-led commerce. 
  • Other job duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in paid social media, eCommerce marketing, or performance marketing. 
  • Must have experience working with Facebook Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager. 
  • A strong understanding of social commerce and the intersection of paid and organic. 
  • Analytical mindset, a knack for diving into data to find performance drivers. 
  • Comfort working with creative partners and giving feedback on ad performance. 
  • Familiarity with CAPI, pixel setup, product feeds, or dynamic ads a plus.
