Jockey is seeking a Direct to Consumer Operations and Fulfillment Analyst to join our E-Commerce team!

JOB SUMMARY

The DTC Operations & Fulfillment Analyst will work collaboratively with both internal teams and our 3PL warehouse to ensure excellent service and accurate processes are being upheld across the entire ecommerce post-purchase lifecycle, including fulfillment, shipping, delivery and returns. The analyst will ensure our internal and partner SLAs are being met, including marketplace and carrier performance, order processing, cycle counting, and reverse logistics operations. This role will be responsible for identifying operational issues, alerting management, and supporting effective solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and the overall customer experience.

JOB EXPECTATIONS

    • Develop and manage 3PL scorecards and invoices, identifying trends and reporting findings to management. 
    • Analyze carrier invoices and propose solutions and projects that eliminate assessorial fees and reduce costs. 
    • Manage the flow of outbound orders for eCommerce storefronts and verify that consumer SLAs are met. 
    • Facilitating communication between internal and external teams, ensuring that SLAs are being met for all North American marketplaces, including Amazon 
    • Develop and manage reliable inventory control reporting processes that include cycle counting, adjustments, inventory reconciliations and donations. 
    •  Partner cross-functionally with planning teams and 3PL partners to manage and execute ongoing operational initiatives, including re-ops, kitting programs, and other continuous process improvement projects
    • Analyze consumer feedback and report trends within fulfillment and shipping to management
    • Partner with consumer relations and warehouses to resolve order issues and customer service issues.  
    • Support consumer returns processes, including warehouse performance and internal reporting maintenance and validation.  
    • Process credit card and return settlement errors.  
    • Gather and manage carrier and product expenses for PR orders 
    • Track carrier time in transit from shipment to delivery on an ongoing basis, managing large data sets, and reporting findings

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required with preferred area of study in business, logistics, supply chain, operations or the equivalent. 
  • 2-3 years of analytical on the job experience
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, including complex formulas, pivot tables, look-ups, data analysis, and managing large datasets; working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook) also required.
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving, analysis, detail orientation, multi-tasking, and time management skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. 
  • High degree of self-motivation and initiative. 
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.   
  • Must be open to either working onsite at Jockey's corporate office (Kenosha, WI) or offsite remote in Midwest Region.
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally.

PREFERRED

  • Preferred area of study in business, logistics, supply chain, operations or the equivalent.
