JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for managing and growing Sellmark Corporation’s eCommerce channels, with primary ownership of the Amazon Vendor Central account. The Ecommerce Manager oversees a mature, multi-brand account requiring daily attention across account operations, catalog management, advertising, compliance, and promotional planning. This role holds full P amp;L responsibility for the eCommerce division and leads the digital team while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Brand Management to drive channel performance and overall company success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
  • Collaborate with multiple internal cross-functional groups (e.g. Sales, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure success for eCommerce and overall company success.
  • Responsible for full P amp;L for their division.
  • Manage day-to-day account operations including order management, financial reconciliation, and return processing to maintain account health and accuracy.
  • Oversee catalog management and content optimization across all active product listings to maximize discoverability and conversion.
  • Plan and execute promotions, identifying products for promotion and marketing assets.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns across all eCommerce channels, optimizing performance and return on ad spend.
  • Monitor and enforce MAP compliance across all applicable SKUs to protect brand equity and prevent channel conflicts.
  • Oversee DTC website and all eCommerce sales channel performance, while collaborating cross-functionally to identify and develop new sales channels that contribute to overall company profitability.
  • Ensure all product listings meet platform compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage digital team staff in their day-to-day performance and ensures the project/department goals are met.
Perform additional duties as required to support the department's effective operation.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of (2) years of supervising experience required.
  • Minimum of (5) years of eCommerce experience required, preferably on Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Ecommerce functions and KPIs.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with NetSuite or SAP preferred.
  • Willing to undergo and pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Hands-on experience managing Amazon advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
  • Proven experience with catalog management and listing optimization on Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Experience with eCommerce operational tools such as SupplyPike, SPS Commerce, and Trackstreet preferred.
  • Familiarity with 3rd-party agencies/vendors that manage eCommerce services such as placement (e.g., Flywheel, Stackline) and syndication (e.g., Syndigo, Salsify).
  • Proven experience using data to create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to learn new tools and software quickly, independently, and proactively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage time to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, big picture problem solver.
  • Knowledge of hunting, outdoor, or firearms accessories products is preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT amp; PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS
  • Main hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm in office.
  • Some travel may be required for trade shows, customer visits, and events.
