Location: Memphis, TN Job Type: Seasonal, Full-Time / Part-Time Department: Ecommerce Fulfillment

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Seasonal Ecom Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team during our busy season. In this role, you'll be a key part of our order fulfillment operation - helping ensure every customer order is processed accurately, shipped on time, and backed by excellent service from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both hands-on order processing and direct customer interaction.

What You'll Do

  • Provide friendly, responsive customer service via phone and email
  • Process Ecom orders accurately and efficiently through our fulfillment system
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy before shipment
  • Answer incoming phone calls and address customer inquiries, questions, and concerns
  • Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate regularly with leadership on order status, issues, and daily fulfillment progress
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines
  • Flag and escalate order or product issues as needed


Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, order management systems, spreadsheets)
  • Ability to multitask across phone, email, and order processing duties

  • Prior customer service or fulfillment/warehouse experience a plus, but not required

Schedule & Details

  • Seasonal position - October 1-December 31
  • Shift- Sunday-Saturday availability (start and stop times will vary)
  • Pay Range- Based on experience
