ERM is seeking a Technical Partner to help grow our Natural Resources practice, with a focus on supportingpower, renewable energy, diversified energy, and technology sector clients across North America.

Location:this is a hybrid role and can be based out of any of our offices across the USA

This role will provide technical leadership in biological resources, ecological mitigation, habitat conservation, ecological restoration, and environmental permitting. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor toclientsdeveloping andoperatingmajor infrastructure projects while helping expand ERM's market presence and technical capabilities.

As a Partner, you will combine technicalexpertise, client relationship management, and business leadership to build long-term client partnerships, develop new business opportunities, and mentor multidisciplinary teams. This is an opportunity to join ERM's global partnership and play a leading role in delivering complex environmental solutions for some of North America's most significant energy and infrastructure projects.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead business development and client engagement activities within the Power, Diversified Energy, and Technology sectors.

  • Provide senior technical leadership for biological resources, ecological restoration, habitat conservation, and environmental permitting programs.

  • Support clients through project planning, permitting, construction, and operations phases.

  • Develop and grow key client relationships whileidentifyingopportunities foradditionalservices.

  • Mentor and develop technical staff and project managers.

  • Collaborate with ERM partners and service line leaders to support regional and national growth initiatives.

  • Drive project delivery excellence while meeting financial, safety, and qualityobjectives.

What You'll Bring

Required:

  • BS/MS in environmental science, engineering, or related field.

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting.

  • Proven leadership in mitigation andecorestoration, including endangered species and habitat conservation.

  • Deep understanding of conventional and renewable energy markets in North America.

  • Strong business developmenttrack record, generatingand deliveringmulti-million-dollar programs.

  • ExpertiseinHCPs, and regional permitting.

Preferred:

  • Experienceestablishingmitigation banks and writing vegetation management plans.

  • Existing client relationships in thePower, Diversifiedenergyand/orTechnologysector that can beleveragedfor growth.

  • Familiarity with utility commissions, regulatory agencies, and emerging sustainability trends.

For the Technical Partner, Natural Resources position, the anticipated annual base pay is $175,000-$202,300 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, parental leave, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, AD&D insurance, 401(k) or RRSP/DPSP, and other applicable benefits to eligible employees.
