Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Load and unload parts on paint line

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Including the following (other duties may be documented and assigned by management and some duties may not apply dependent upon the requirements of the position at each specific Tarter site and/or the strengths of the employee and the needs of the company):

1. Load and unload parts onto ecoat and powder lines

2. Ability to work as part of a team at a fast pace in the industrial environment

3. Capable of identifying defects on material while assembling products correctly

4. Maintain adequate materials available for the continued process

5. Knowledge of the 5S system.

6. Maintain work area in accordance with 5S system

7. Report any abnormalities to the paint line supervisor

8. Must be able to lift up to 40lbs continuously throughout the day

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge, skills & abilities: Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Effective interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills required. This position performs job duties in an ethical and professional manner. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

1. Proper PPE must be utilized at all times while in the production area.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Much of the work will be conducted inside. Temperature conditions are weather dependent. Work may be fast paced.
