Join the Team as a Drain Advisor! Earn a $2500 Sign on Bonus!

Are you a plumbing professional with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for customer service? Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians is looking for a dedicated Drain Advisor to join our fast-paced, goal-driven team. At Eco, we live by the core value "Grow or Die," providing you with the training and mentorship needed to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today.

The Role: Service Over Selling

As a Drain Advisor, your primary mission is to diagnose residential plumbing issues and provide repair options that empower customers to make informed, confident decisions. We focus on service, not selling—building rapport and educating customers on the best solutions for their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Excellence: Respond to priority or lead calls within 24 hours and establish strong rapport to win repeat business and referrals.
  • Proper Communication: Collaborating with Service Techs, Install Techs, and Dispatch.
  • Operational Precision: Maintain accurate invoices, time cards, and job data (including videos); keep your company truck clean and stocked at all times.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in mandatory morning huddles and training exercises.

What You Bring to the Table

We are looking for a competitive team player who is highly organized and possesses the following:

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales and residential plumbing systems.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of local plumbing codes and the ability to apply them on the job.
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to determine job profitability and assist customers with finance options.
  • Communication: Strong verbal skills and the ability to learn and use iPad software.
  • Requirements: Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Typical Week: 8 to 10-hour days, Monday - Friday; daily start time is 7:00 am.
  • Pay: Hourly rate plus a commission base pay up to 8% with monthly kickers.

Are you ready to grow with us?
