Job Summary

StinkeBins is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Service Driver to join our team. You will be responsible for driving a specialized truck equipped with a high-pressure steam cleaning system to customer locations. Your primary goal is to provide eco-friendly sanitization services that leave trash bins spotless, odor-free, and safe for our customers. We do offer power washing services as well.

Key Responsibilities

  • Route Management: Navigate daily service routes efficiently using GPS and routing software to ensure timely arrival at residential and commercial properties.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate the specialized bin-cleaning truck, including hydraulic lifters and high-pressure steam/power washing systems.
  • Service Execution: Position trash bins onto the cleaning unit, initiate the automated cleaning cycle, and perform manual detail work (wiping down exteriors) to ensure 99.9% of bacteria and grime are removed.
  • Quality Control: Inspect bins after cleaning to ensure they meet company standards for cleanliness and deodorization.
  • Customer Service: Act as the face of the company by interacting professionally with customers and maintaining a clean, organized vehicle.

Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Report any mechanical issues and ensure the water tanks are filled and waste tanks are discharged according to environmental regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (MVR).
  • Experience: Previous experience in route-based driving preferred (delivery, waste management, or landscaping) is a plus.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and move trash bins frequently throughout the day.
  • Technical Savvy: Ability to use smartphones/tablets for route navigation and job completion logging.
  • Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential for maintaining the daily route schedule.
