RTX, Collins Aerospace is a leader in technologically advanced, intelligent solutions that help redefine the aerospace and defense industry. Civil Space in Collins Aerospace Mission Systems is seeking a senior engineering manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of structural analysts and aero-thermal fluids engineers supporting multiple programs, product development, and continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate will lead in a matrix organization with experience in static, dynamic, and fracture analysis of complex mechanical and electro-mechanical systems, and will be a hands-on engineering leader focused on talent development and design solutions for mission critical spaceflight applications.
What You Will DoSalary range: 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. Hired applicants may be eligible for incentive compensation programs depending on role and eligibility. This role is a U.S.-based role.
