Job description

RBS is recruiting Radiation Oncologists nationally to join our growing number of centers stretching from Florida to Alaska and Connecticut to California. Our well‑designed centers are suburban or rural environments and well equipped with the latest technology. As a radiation oncologist, you will operate a single LINAC center and serve as the center’s physician leader, while being part of a physician group joint venture.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a single LINAC center as the center’s physician leader.
  • Lead clinical operations and participate in peer review and coverage within the physician group.
  • Provide patient management and treatment for adult cancers using external beam techniques ranging from 3D to SBRT and VMAT.
  • Utilize Eclipse and RayStation treatment planning systems; offer HDR or seed therapy if interested.
  • Collaborate with support services (management, marketing, IT, strategic planning, HR, billing, authorizations) to focus on clinical care.
