What You Will Get To Do:

  • Handle and execute service requests,triage and diagnose incidents, andassist with daily operations for the platform

  • Own client projects working with hedge fund custodians/administrators, as well as internal projects working with R&D

  • More experienced consultants are expected to train associates, act as an escalation point, and handle more complex or nuanced projects

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 1-3 years of recent and relevant work experience with similar functionality (Financial Services, Investment Technology, or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)) in a technology or client-facing role

  • Familiarity in related subject areas such as Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar

  • Technology troubleshooting skills and interest in technology and software support

  • Ability to learn new processes, products, and support tools quickly

  • Communication skills, and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users

  • Understanding of financial markets and related processes

  • Experience collaborating with Software Development teams to facilitate Product Supportability, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Request Fulfillment processes

  • Experience training employees on a growing team

  • Understanding of project management best practices
