Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking a Field Supervisor to support our home care operations and our DIDD Employment and Community First (ECF) programs, whole providing leadership, coaching, quality oversights, and field support to our direct support staff.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to move beyond direct support into a leadership role.

Support Individuals Receiving ECF & DIDD Services

  • Conduct in-home, community, workplace, and virtual quality visits
  • Build positive relationships with individuals served, families, employers, and supported teams
  • Help individuals achieve employment and independence goals
  • Support person-centered services that promote community inclusion

Coach & Support Direct Support Professionals

  • Mentor DSPs, Job Coaches, and Field Staff
  • Reinforce person-centered practices and DIDD expectations
  • Observe services and provide coaching
  • Support new staff through field training and ongoing development

Ensure Quality & Compliance

  • Complete quality assurance visits
  • Review documentation and service delivery
  • Assist with incident investigations and reportable events
  • Support compliance requirements
  • Recommend improvements that enhance quality outcomes

Problem Solve & Improve Services

  • Resolve client and caregiver concerns
  • Monitor service quality
  • Assist with audits and corrective actions
  • Identify barriers and recommend solutions
