Job Summary: SuccessFactors EC Payroll Integration Analyst
Location: Remote - Cincinnati, Ohio | Job Type: C2C
About the Role
Join a forward-thinking organization as a SuccessFactors EC Payroll Integration Analyst, playing a vital role in designing and managing sophisticated payroll integrations. Work remotely with a team that values innovation, clear communication, and professional growth. Collaborate directly with implementation partners and third-party vendors, making a tangible difference in the success of our HR technology projects.
Responsibilities
- Design, document, and manage end-to-end SuccessFactors EC Payroll integrations
- Partner with implementation teams to analyze and upgrade current integration processes
- Conduct detailed as-is/to-be analysis and create comprehensive design documents
- Develop and execute test scripts and manual test cases for integration solutions
- Coordinate with third-party vendors on data requirements, timelines, and error handling
- Ensure integrations comply with security, performance, and compliance standards
- Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support integration projects for payroll in Norway, Spain, Portugal, or Argentina
Required Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in design and implementation of SuccessFactors EC Payroll integrations
- Strong knowledge of integration processes and payroll systems
- Excellent documentation, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional and remote environments
- Hands-on experience supporting payroll for Norway, Spain, Portugal, or Argentina
- Up to 10 years of relevant professional experience
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or Dell Boomi
- Familiarity with Workforce Software modules such as Time, Absence, or Scheduling
