Carpenters - Tucker, Georgia$23-$32/hour DOE + Overtime Available (Approx. 55 Hours/Week)

Hiring Immediately

Gleeson is hiring experienced Carpenters for an industrial renovation project at a food-processing facility in Tucker, Georgia.

This project involves extensive interior demolition, structural carpentry, temporary protection, and renovation work inside an active industrial facility. If you're an experienced carpenter who isn't afraid of demolition work and enjoys fast-paced commercial construction, we'd like to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
  • Extensive interior demolition
  • Smokehouse demolition and removal
  • Demolition of interior walls and building components
  • Selective demolition around existing utilities and equipment
  • Material handling and cleanup
  • Working safely inside an active food-processing facility
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Safely demolish smokehouses, walls, and associated building components.
  • Use hand and power tools to perform selective demolition.
  • Remove debris and prepare work areas for the next phase of construction.
  • Protect existing equipment, utilities, and building components designated to remain.
  • Work closely with the superintendent and crew to maintain safety and production goals.
  • Follow all jobsite safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Experience in commercial or industrial demolition preferred.
  • Experience using demolition tools and construction equipment.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work in an industrial environment.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
  • Team player willing to assist where needed.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Commercial or industrial construction experience
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to work approximately 55 hours per week
  • Willingness to work overtime
  • Pre-employment drug screen required
  • Follow all jobsite safety requirements
