URGENT HIRING:

The Food Service Assistant plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of food service within our establishment. This position is responsible for ensuring that all food preparation and service meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in hospitality management, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the food service department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and food handlers, to maintain productivity and adherence to safety standards.
  • Oversee food preparation processes to ensure compliance with health regulations and dietary guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the dietary department to create menus that cater to diverse nutritional needs.
  • Train and mentor staff in food handling techniques, customer service, and best practices in hospitality.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Implement cost control measures while maintaining quality standards in food service.

Skills

  • Strong background in hospitality management with experience in restaurant management or food service operations.
