As a telehealth provider, you will work remotely, giving you flexibility while being part of a supportive and engaged team. • Build and maintain trusting relationships with patients through active listening and empathetic communication.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health disorders, tailoring approach based on individual patient needs.
• Develop detailed, individualized treatment plans, adapting them as necessary to reflect changing patient needs or feedback.
• Conduct regular therapy sessions via telehealth, providing counseling and therapeutic support, while documenting patient progress in the EMR system.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness through ongoing assessments and adjust treatment strategies based on patient responses.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, including initial assessments and immediate treatment options for patients experiencing acute emotional distress.

Your primary focus will be on patients seeking mental health support through our telehealth services. This diverse population includes individuals of varying ages, backgrounds, and social situations, each seeking assistance with coping strategies, mental health disorders, and emotional challenges. Your role in assessing their unique circumstances and providing tailored treatment is crucial to their recovery journey.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) designation in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of three years of experience working in an outpatient mental health setting, preferably with telehealth exposure.
• Proficiency in using technology for therapy delivery, including familiarity with electronic medical records and teletherapy platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, with strong problem-solving skills and resilience in managing various priorities.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on fostering teamwork and collaboration within a remote setting.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• A background in crisis intervention, particularly for high-risk or marginalized populations.
• Knowledge of community resources and referrals to assist patients in accessing additional support services.
