This role will be conducted in a fully remote setting, ensuring that you can perform your duties from the convenience and comfort of your home. • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, including progress notes in compliance with departmental policies and state regulations.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans, including discharge strategies based on meticulous psychosocial assessments.

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address emotional and behavioral challenges faced by patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring timely support and effective management during challenging situations for clients.

• Engage and communicate with clients’ families and support systems, facilitating consistent updates on treatment progress and discharge planning.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A valid and active license in the state of Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting is essential to ensure effective service delivery.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records systems, along with strong computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet management, and email communication.

• Demonstrated ability to provide motivated and effective counseling, fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote work environment are critical for success in this role.

• Experience in crisis intervention and management, showcasing your ability to handle emergencies effectively.

• Knowledge in developing treatment plans based on social work interventions, specifically through multidisciplinary collaboration.
