Job description

Provide temporary (2-month contract with possible opportunity to extend) administrative support by scanning and organizing paper files into electronic records. This role is responsible for accurately converting documents to PDF format, maintaining organized file systems, and tracking progress against established timelines in an office-based environment. 


  • 2-month contract with possible opportunity to extend.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Scan paper files and convert them into PDF documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper file naming conventions.
  • Use Excel spreadsheets to look up employee ID numbers and correctly index and save electronic files in designated folders. Handle documents in a confidential and secure manner.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and consistency.
  • Track workload progress and meet established timelines; proactively communicate any delays or challenges to the manager. Identify and escalate issues, inconsistencies, or system challenges in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and submit a weekly summary report detailing volume of files scanned and completed.
  • Lift and transport boxes of files (approximately 5–10 lbs) as needed.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Basic knowledge of scanning equipment and saving documents as PDFs
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Effective communication skills, including timely reporting of progress and issues
  • Professional office etiquette with a positive and collaborative attitude
  • Previous administrative or office experience

Expected Work Location (In Office): It is expected that you will primarily perform work at the Wendy's Restaurant Support Center (RSC) (1 Dave Thomas Blvd, Dublin, OH 43017), or at other location(s) as designated by the Company. You are required to work in the office at least 4 days a week. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs. #LI-Onsite

The base pay range for this position is around $18/hr. The  pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors.
