CT Technologist / Radiologic Technologist

Scan with Purpose in the Vibrant City of Miami — Where Innovation Meets Culture

Miami is a city that pulses with energy and creativity, where cultures collide and vibrant art decorates the streets. Imagine a place where sun-kissed beaches meet bustling markets, where each corner offers a new flavor, and where your work can make a tangible difference in people's lives. If you are an Imaging Technologist looking for a rewarding role that combines precision, compassion, and innovation, we have the opportunity you've been searching for.

In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of medical imaging, serving as a crucial link in patient care. Your refined skill set will not only enable you to capture clear and actionable images but also to cultivate a supportive environment for patients during some of their most vulnerable moments. Whether you're conducting a scan to inform a treatment pathway or comforting a patient in distress, your contributions will be integral and deeply appreciated here.

Your Responsibilities Include
  • Utilizing radiographic and CT techniques to capture high-quality diagnostic images for reliable physician assessment
  • Collaborating with radiologists and the entire care team to promote precise diagnoses
  • Carefully positioning patients and fine-tuning equipment for the best imaging results
  • Ensuring radiation safety protocols are followed to protect both patients and team members
  • Maintaining meticulous records, including imaging logs and scanning equipment upkeep
  • Delivering compassionate patient care throughout the imaging journey
  • Contributing to a safe, tidy, and efficient imaging atmosphere
Educational Background
  • Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is essential; a Bachelor's Degree is preferable
  • Graduate from an accredited radiology training program
Necessary Certifications
  • ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography)
  • Current BLS certification or the ability to acquire it within 90 days of employment
Desirable Skills
  • Expertise in diagnostic imaging protocols and safety regulations
  • Exceptional communication abilities with patients and interdisciplinary colleagues
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and fluidly adjust to evolving circumstances
  • A keen attention to detail and an unwavering sense of accountability
  • Comfort with technology, including PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging software
What You Will Earn
  • A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Ample paid time off and flexible scheduling options
  • Access to on-site professional development and training opportunities
  • Paths for career progression in imaging and opportunities for cross-training in other modalities
  • A supportive workplace culture founded on values that prioritize team success and personal growth
  • 100% on-site role in a collaborative clinical environment
Your Role in The Bigger Picture

This position transcends the act of merely obtaining clear images; it's about ensuring that each patient feels acknowledged and supported. Whether it's a young child receiving a scan after an accident at the beach or an elder undergoing critical health evaluation, your composed demeanor can transform the patient experience. You will quietly yet significantly aid patients on challenging days, sometimes without uttering a single word.

And while you carry out this important work, you will not be alone. Supported by a collaborative and respectful imaging team that cherishes every member's contribution, you will find a profound sense of camaraderie and a shared commitment to excellence. The CT suite operates on the foundation of collective pride, understanding, and a relentless pursuit of remarkable outcomes. Here, you will be trusted to work independently, yet you will never feel isolated. This is healthcare as it should be: profoundly human, meticulously professional, and infinitely compassionate.

Why Miami Is Your Ideal Next Destination

Imagine living in a city where coffee is an art form, where turquoise waters beckon for relaxation, and where world-class entertainment is just around the corner. In Miami, you can savor the best of both worlds: thrilling metropolitan energy and soothing coastal tranquility. Surround yourself with a rich tapestry of cultures, from the culinary delights of Little Havana to the artistic expressions of Wynwood.

Beyond the allure of the vibrant nightlife and dynamic downtown lies serene living spaces filled with friendly neighborhoods, farmers' markets, lush parks, and scenic waterfronts. The opportunities to enjoy an active lifestyle abound, encompassing everything from water sports to botanical gardens. Enjoy the benefit of Florida's lack of state income tax, top-rated schools, and a cost of living that allows for easy enjoyment of a quality life without compromising experience.

The healthcare landscape in Miami is ever-evolving, attracting top professionals and fostering a collaborative spirit that redefines possibilities. Each day can present new opportunities, whether you are new to the field or looking to deepen your expertise — there is a place for you here.

The Teammates You Will Rely On

Our imaging department is founded on a shared purpose and unwavering respect. You will join a team brimming with seasoned professionals and aspiring talent who understand that excellence goes beyond technical skills; it encompasses strong relationships. We stand with each other, celebrating both monumental and small victories, and never losing sight of our patients' needs.

In this position, you will report to a department that values honesty, ongoing education, and a strong voice in the team. Your suggestions for improved workflows or mentoring a newcomer are not only welcomed but anticipated.

Your Ideal Candidate Profile

This position is perfectly suited for someone who pays attention to detail and operates with a heart. You recognize that imaging is not merely about the scans but about the complete experience. You stay composed under pressure, easily adapt to scheduling changes, and feel invigorated by the prospect of contributing to something far-reaching and impactful.

You bring your certification and expertise, and in return, we offer the opportunity, support, and work atmosphere that not only welcomes your best efforts but also amplifies them.

Let's Create Impact Together

If you are ready to take on a position where your impact is immediate and lasting, where your competencies are valued, and where every day is an opportunity to grow — we want to meet you. Join us in one of the most vibrant cities in the nation, at a crucial intersection of healthcare and meaningful human connection.

Apply today to help us craft the future of imaging — one scan, one patient, one narrative at a time.
