What You’ll Do
- Sell investment properties to cash buyers and investors.
- Build and strengthen relationships with buyers.
- Negotiate offers and maximize assignment fees.
- Coordinate with acquisitions, transaction coordinators, and title companies.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
- Follow proven systems while continuously improving your sales skills.
- Consistently hit or exceed KPIs.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for proven sales professionals with a history of producing results.
Experience in one or more of the following is required:
- Real estate dispositions
- Real estate wholesaling
- SDR or B2B sales
- Automotive sales
- Insurance sales
- Mortgage sales
- Solar sales
- Roofing sales
- Hospitality or retail sales with a strong closing background
- Licensed real estate agent
- Previous commission-only sales experience

Responsibilities:- Find and qualify investors through calls, meetings, and networking.
- Use our platform and data to match investors with properties.
- Coordinate showings, offers, and closings.
- Juggle multiple transactions in a high-activity, team-driven sales culture.
- Communicate with investors daily.
- Work 5 days per week.
Qualifications:- Competitive, coachable, and motivated by performance-based pay.
- Comfortable with 100% commission.
- Early career sales experience preferred, including SDR, automotive, insurance, hospitality, retail, or licensed real estatagents/wholesalers.
- No real estate license required.
- Some industry experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up habits.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet and professional home office setup.
- Available to work U.S. business hours.
