Easy Way Psychological Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) to join our team in providing exceptional mental health care. This full-time role is primarily remote, with services delivered in an outpatient office setting located in Petaluma, California. As a member of our team, you will work in a supportive and collaborative environment, leveraging a cloud-based electronic health record system for documentation and communication. Regular virtual team meetings ensure integration with clinical colleagues and alignment with organizational goals.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and mental health symptomatology to determine appropriate treatment interventions.
• Collaboratively develop culturally sensitive and family-centered treatment plans that align with best practices and client goals.
• Provide outpatient services including individual and family counseling sessions tailored to the unique experiences of each client.
• Implement trauma-informed practices in all client interactions, ensuring a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Engage with interdisciplinary clinical teams to enhance service delivery and care coordination.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including client assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans, adhering to all program guidelines and standards.
• Manage a designated case load while ensuring high-quality support and availability for crisis intervention as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall effectiveness of the clinical team.

Our clients range from children to adults, many of whom belong to historically marginalized communities experiencing mental health disparities. You will be a vital support for those navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; candidates must possess an active clinical license in California.
• Licensure must be independent; we do not accept provisional or supervised licenses.
• Must demonstrate the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
• Regular and reliable attendance is expected and evaluated as per organizational policy.

Candidates should ideally possess 2 to 4 years of relevant experience providing mental health services, particularly to vulnerable populations. Experience in trauma-informed care and a background in outpatient mental health settings will be highly regarded.

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare, retirement planning, and paid time off.
