A Regional Manager earns a competitive wage ofย $30.20 - $31.25/hour | $62,816 - $65,000/annually. Compensation within the posted pay range is determined based on education and experience.

A regional manager works under the guidance of the Director of Innovation Coordinator Services. The Regional Manager's primary responsibility is to lead a team of up to 18+ Innovation Coordinators (ICโ€™s) to deliver effective, time-managed coordinated services that support people to live more effective and meaningful lives that are concentrated on person-centered approaches. This is done by strategic coaching and offering support training to demonstrate and model person-centered modalities to support ICโ€™s to secure nontraditional services that encompass a combination of staff support and enabling technologies. Key areas include train-the-trainer: assessments, person-centered / MAPโ€™s planning, technical assistance to supervised ICโ€™s and service providers, training, and advocacy.

We are looking for a regional manager to help us to continue to develop and implement a unique and new service in Tennessee designed to help young adults in the communities where they live, learn, work, and play. Using a unique approach built around person centered, employment first, and technology first thinking. We are looking for a regional manager who is grounded in person centered thinking and one who can foster a creative and forward-thinking approach to providing services in Tennessee.


The Charles Lea Center is a CQL accredited organization that is based in Spartanburg South Carolina and provides services in South Carolina, and North Carolina and recently was awarded a contract with the Tennessee Department Disability and Aging (DDA) to provide services in their State. *Relevant experience means experience working directly with persons with intellectual, developmental, or other types of disabilities or mental illness.


A DAY AS THE REGIONAL MANAGER

  • Demonstrates respect for individuals with disabilities and their support networks while understanding and adhering to the organizationโ€™s mission, goals, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide technical assistance to Providers implementing services for people referred
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of ICs through regular meetings, training, and performance management to maintain high-quality service delivery.
  • Advocate on behalf of person / guardian to assure that services being provided reflect the desires of person guardian.
  • Oversee person-centered planning and coordinated services by guiding staff, supporting transitions, collaborating with providers, and ensuring positive outcomes for individuals served.
  • Upon successfully transitioning to community services conduct 30, 60, 90 day follow up to assure satisfaction with services, and those desired outcomes are being achieved.
  • Maintain and provides other training as appropriate for supervised ICโ€™s, person served, guardian, community providers.
  • Travel to and from assigned counties in Tennessee, as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance and quality by auditing case files and monitoring services.
  • Follow the standards and regulations required by Tennessee Department Disability and Aging (DDA).
