Job description

We are hiring dependable Landscape Laborers and Installation Crew Members to join our growing team at Earth’s Element Landscaping.

This is a hands-on outdoor role working on high-end residential landscaping projects including patios, retaining walls, drainage systems, and full backyard transformations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with landscape and hardscape installations (pavers, retaining walls, turf, etc.)
  • Site preparation, grading, and material handling
  • Operate basic tools and equipment
  • Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site

Qualifications (REQUIRED. Please answer question 5 when applying):
