Pay is: $20 per hour
Position Summary:
The Supervisor is an energetic, detail-oriented, and people-focused leader who keeps our cleaning operations running smoothly across 10 of our New Jersey accounts. This is a mobile, high-impact role: you will rotate among client locations nightly, conduct quality inspections, coach our cleaning teams, and step in as a hands-on cleaner whenever a team member calls out. You bring a positive can-do attitude, a strong sense of accountability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where no two days look the same.
Service Territory
Carlstadt, Millburn, Fairfield, Norwood, Fanwood, Jersey City, Parsippany, Maplewood, Cranford, and Branchburg.
Best location to live: Based on the geographic spread of the accounts, the ideal home base for this role is Maplewood or Millburn area (Union/Essex County). These towns sit closest to the center of the full territory, minimizing total drive time across all sites. Cranford and Fairfield are also strong options.
What You Will Do:
Leadership & Team Engagement
  • Lead & Motivate - Supervise, train, and support the cleaning team to bring out their best.
  • Mentor/Coach-Identify "rockstars" on the team (no we don't mean musical rockstars; we will train on this expectation during onboarding).
  • Quality Control - Inspect facilities regularly to make sure all cleaning tasks meet our high standards.
  • Operational Excellence - Ensure that the team follows Job Cards and Close Down Checklists.
  • Organize & Schedule - Assign daily tasks, manage work schedules, and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Hands-On Help - Jump in as needed to assist with cleaning tasks and model excellence for the team.
  • Customer Care - Build positive relationships with customers by listening, responding, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Support Safety - Follow all cleaning, safety, and sanitation guidelines; including ensuring facilities are secure.

Floater Coverage (Primary Differentiator)
  • Step-In Coverage: When any team member calls out at any account, you are the first responder. You will report to that site and perform all required cleaning tasks to full standard, then resume your supervisory rounds.
  • Daily Route Management: Plan and execute a daily travel schedule to visit multiple accounts, completing quality checks and engaging with team members on each shift.
  • On-Call Readiness: Maintain a flexible schedule and be prepared to adjust your route based on staffing needs across the territory.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Experience in commercial cleaning and/or supervisory roles (preferred but not required-we'll train the right leader!).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to stay organized, multitask, and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work on your feet and handle repetitive physical tasks.
  • Report any matter that goes against company policy or would harm the company.
  • Commitment to creating clean, safe, and welcoming spaces.
  • Commitment to our Core Values.

Why You Will Love Working With Us:
  • Be part of a supportive team where your leadership makes a difference every day.
  • Opportunities for growth and professional development.
  • A positive workplace culture that values respect, teamwork, and reliability.
  • Competitive pay in a steady industry.
