What You Will Be Doing:The Early Talent & University Programs Specialist is responsible for building, executing, and sustaining Yancey Bros. Co.’s university and early-career recruiting strategy. This role focuses on sourcing and on-boarding top student and early-career talent for the Sales & Leadership Training (SaLT) Program and Internship Programs by developing strong campus partnerships, managing full-cycle recruiting, and maintaining an engaged pipeline of future talent.
This position plays a key role in strengthening Yancey’s long-term talent pipeline through: proactive university engagement, candidate relationship management, collaboration with internal leaders to align early talent with current and future business needs, assisting the Training Programs Manager with the implementation of established program.
