JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Huron Computer Science (CS) program is designed to engage beginning through advanced
CS students, especially traditionally underrepresented groups, through a series of classes that
develop computational thinking, digital citizenship, and programming skills.
Teacher will be expected to teach CS courses at a variety of levels and to mixed-level
classrooms, promote the CS program to Skyline students especially underrepresented groups,
work with other CS teachers in Ann Arbor Public Schools on common curriculum and
assessments, effectively prepare students for AP tests, and utilize project-based learning as a
differentiation tool.
This is a full time position, requiring regular reliable and predictable attendance on site to
successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
